The Classic VoteOn system enables you to set up your questions using PowerPoint graphics and to run your voting session, displaying the votes and, if required, the correct answers as you go. The voting results are stored within the PowerPoint presentation for further reference.

The advanced VoteOn system not only integrates with PowerPoint software, but also offers a full reporting system that can identify the responses to questions right down to individuals. The system also includes the facility to show leader boards at various stages of the programme.

Our VoteOn systems are designed for quick and easy set up and operation. If desired, we will provide a skilled technician to set up and operate the system for you. We can also advise on how to get the most from your event both in respect of the questions and how you run the voting. For larger events we can provide full production facilities including the VoteOn system and technicians.

Plan how you're going to use the system well in advance. Your selection of topics and the type of questions you ask will strongly influence the value of using a voting system.
Make sure that your questions are clearly worded and not ambiguous. Also ensure that the list of possible answers is relevant.
Where there is no right or wrong answer make sure that delegates are absolutely clear on what you're asking them to vote for e.g if you have listed 8 items and want them to select the item in which is most appealing to them.
