Features of the VoteOn Plus Voting System
The VoteOn Plus voting system is comprised of a set of 9 button lightweight handsets that the audience uses to cast a vote, a receiver that attaches to the computer running the voting session which collects the audience’s votes and finally, the VoteOn Plus voting software itself.
Communications between the handsets and the host are wireless and set-up time for the system is minimal.
VoteOn Plus voting software may be downloaded prior to an event, allowing the presenter to develop their own voting questions and answers.
The VoteOn Plus software is available in two versions; one that integrates with PowerPoint and a version which operates independently of PowerPoint.
Leader boards can be generated during an event, highlighting the highest scores by individuals or teams. VoteOn Plus captures all voting data, allowing the production of comprehensive reports after the event.
A time limit can also be set for each question and this timer counts down on-screen as the vote progresses.
VoteOn Plus for PowerPoint is a PowerPoint Add-in which is very easy to learn and use if you’re already familiar with Microsoft products.
When installed, VoteOn Plus for PowerPoint appears as an additional tab in the PowerPoint toolbar.
When creating voting slides the choice of graphs to display results, the time allowed when answering a question, the highlight display of the right answer and even the number of points awarded to each correct answer can all be designed to suit your slide show.
Voting can be tested using handset simulation, giving a realistic picture of how the sessions will work on the day.
When delegates are entered into the voting system, leader boards can be generated to appear at any time displaying the leaders by individuals, or by team.
Reports can be generated showing how progression was made through the event.

VoteOn Plus is a standalone voting system designed for the creation of audience response events.
Two question/answer templates are provided with the software, each with a choice of 6 colour schemes, or bespoke templates can be created to match a chosen design.
When creating a voting slide, the options include: the time allowed when answering the question, the highlight display of the right answer, and finally the number of points awarded for each correct answer.
Voting can be tested using handset simulation to give a realistic representation of how the voting sessions will work on the day. Because VoteOn Plus runs independently of speaker-support materials, the voting elements of an event can be built and tested long before the event.
Voting sessions may be run at any time by switching between the presentations PC and the voting PC.
